Program Description : Lumen is a personalized transitional program for neurodiverse young adults located in Gainesville, Georgia.
We work closely with each individual to create tailored growth plans that foster interdependence, resilience, and a sense of community. Through real-world experiences, our clients build and practice essential life skills, strengthen social awareness, and gain the confidence to navigate adulthood with purpose.
