Lake Tahoe Prep is an inclusive, co-educational boarding school for grades 9 through 12, nestled in the beautiful Sierra Nevada near Lake Tahoe. Students choose to come to our school for its outstanding academic program, meaningful community, and immersive daily adventure activities that make the most of the outdoors, arts, and local engagement. We offer three tiers tailored to each student’s goals, whether they are seeking: a traditional boarding experience, needing additional learning support, or seeking therapeutic guidance. Our approach emphasizes close, authentic interaction between faculty and students and is designed to meet each student’s individual needs so they can grow academically, socially, and personally.
