About

We help families with loved-ones with mental health conditions (including ASDs) get medically necessary treatments covered by insurance. We help families obtain pre-and ongoing authorizations and recover reimbursements for Wilderness, Residential, evaluations, and other needed services. We submit claims, write internal and external appeals, work with state and federal regulators, and hand off to attorneys when needed. Services are available on a sliding scale based on household income.
