About
Three Points Center is a residential treatment center designed exclusively for adopted adolescents and their families. We are designed to cultivate a sense of safety, improve relationships, develop trust, and honor perspective, and feelings. Like most other treatment centers, we are adept at managing the behavioral concerns that would lead a parent to place his or her child in residential treatment, but that is the beginning of who we are. All of our activities, interventions, treatment planning, parental and family work is designed around the core needs of the adoptive family. We have consulted with many of the most esteemed professionals in adoption research to develop a program worthy of working with this population. We utilize current research and a variety of modalities to work with your family to achieve treatment goals. We have a proprietary Wild- Mustang program wherein our residents work with and gentle wild mustangs while they work on themselves. With an understanding of Developmental Trauma and an emphasis on family unity and connection, our program is designed to bring a sense of safety and well- being to your child. We understand the unique needs of adopted families and strive to create an atmosphere to address core concerns in a non-judgmental and compassionate treatment milieu.
