About
For over 17 years, I have worked closely with students and families, helping them navigate educational and therapeutic placement options. In 2016, I founded On Point Families to guide parents through the complex treatment program landscape, ensuring the best fit for their child’s unique needs. With a background in Public Health and Education, I understand the challenges today’s youth face—mental health struggles, substance use, learning differences, and social pressures. My expertise lies in identifying the right environment where adolescents and young adults can heal, grow, and thrive.
Additional Info
Description of Services : I work with teens, young adults, and their families to identify appropriate therapeutic, academic, and transitional support options based on each individual’s unique needs, strengths, challenges, and goals. My role includes helping families understand levels of care, clarifying clinical and educational needs, researching and recommending appropriate programs or schools, and supporting the family through the admissions and transition process. I collaborate closely with parents, students, clinicians, schools, and treatment teams to help create thoughtful, individualized plans that support stability, growth, and long-term success. My work often includes case management, parent support, program coordination, transition planning, and helping young people build a path forward academically, therapeutically, and developmentally.
