Description of Services : Harriett Bay is an Educational Consultant who counsels families on the most effective educational setting to meet their child's needs. She is recognized as a leader in the field and has broad knowledge of schools in the Los Angeles area, as well as facilities and programs throughout the country. She specializes in children and young adults with special needs, seeing each child and family situation as unique ''one size doesn't fit all.''Her backgrounds is in education as a teacher and also a family therapist. She received her BA from UCLA; her MA from Cal State Northridge and is a licensed Marriage and Family Counselor in the state of California. She travels extensively to review the different schools and programs currently available to meet the needs of her clients. She is a member of IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association) and NATSAP (National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs).'
