Introducing NATSAP's New Board Members
NATSAP is excited to welcome four distinguished professionals to its board: Adie Krambule, Clinton Dorny, Moniqueka Holloway, and Tracey Gerlach!
Adie Krambule has over 22 years of experience in residential treatment, she is currently the Director of Compliance & Quality Assurance at Family Help and Wellness. Adie is passionate about advocating for youth and their families, with a strong focus on evidence-based treatment processes and regulatory measures to improve outcomes.
Clinton Dorny is the Executive Director of Discovery Ranch, with over 20 years in the therapeutic field, focusing on wilderness, boarding, and residential programs. Passion lies in helping youth through residential care, inspired by family life and upbringing.
Moniqueka Holloway is the Chief Compliance Officer at Heartspring Therapeutic School. With more than 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance and program development, Moniqueka brings expertise in managing risk and ensuring quality programming. Recognized as one of Wichita Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2022.
Tracey Gerlach, Director of Clinical Partnership at Sunrise RTC, holds a master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Work focuses on integrating well-being practices into therapeutic programs, with a passion for professional development and collaboration.
