As we convene for today's board meeting and the start of our 2024 Annual Conference, I would like to take a moment to acknowledge and reflect upon the significance of this day. Today, Monday, January 15, 2024, marks Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a day of remembrance and celebration of the life and legacy of a visionary leader who played a pivotal role in advancing civil rights and equality.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day provides us with an opportunity to honor the principles of justice, equality, and unity that he championed throughout his life. As we engage in our discussions and decision-making today, let us draw inspiration from Dr. King's commitment to creating a more just and inclusive society.

In the spirit of this day, let us rededicate ourselves to the values that NATSAP holds dear – a commitment to the well-being of individuals and the betterment of our communities.
