At Cascade Programs we specialize in residential treatment for adolescents struggling with anxiety and OCD. Our specialty treatment utilizes  evidence-based treatment modalities including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT),  and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RODBT) and other research based modalities.. 

Cascade Academy for girls, and Cascade Lodge for boys are the only long-term residential treatment centers that specialize in anxiety and OCD.  Our fully accredited schools work closely with the treatment team to help students resolve issues with school avoidance, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorders, OCD and major depressive disorder. Our robust therapeutic recreation and programming get students into the community where they can participate in novel experiences, build resilience and self-efficacy. 

Cascade Home is a short-term residential program for girls that specializes in providing assessment and compulsion stabilization for adolescent girls. In a small 8 bed environment we are able to address complex issues with increased individualization and focus. Students at Cascade Home are able to confront compulsions and fears that are keeping them from engaging in life.
