Fulshear Treatment to Transition, located just outside of Houston, Texas, offers a specialized program for young adult women+ ages 18-28 who are facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma. Many of our clients struggle with relationships, and our program provides two levels of care to help them work through deeper trauma and attachment issues in a structured, relational, and therapeutic environment.

Our residential care is set on a peaceful therapeutic ranch in the countryside, while our transitional living program is based in a suburban Houston area, where clients live in apartments with other Fulshear participants.

At Fulshear, we understand that many mental health struggles are rooted in trauma and attachment wounds, which is why we approach treatment through the Integrated Attachment Model, utilizing trauma-informed care.
