About

Fulshear Treatment to Transition is a program just outside of Houston, Texas for young adult women+ ages 18-28 with mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma. Our young adults typically struggle within relationships. With two levels of care, they are able to do deeper trauma and attachment work in a structured, relational, and therapeutic environment. With a transitional living component, our young adults begin to live beyond trauma, attachment wounds, and their diagnoses. The residential level of care is located on a therapeutic ranch in the country, while the transitional living level of care is located in a suburb of Houston where they live in apartments with other Fulshear clients. At Fulshear Treatment to Transition, we believe many mental health symptoms stem from trauma and attachment issues, so we work within the Integrated Attachment Model with trauma informed care. Our clients are often the identified patient and get associated with words like manipulative, narcissistic, borderline, attention-seeking, and addict. We believe we heal in relationships and through experience. We work with young adult women+ who typically have tried many other therapy options with no luck in treatment. Schedule a tour in-person or virtually to see our facility and learn more about our Integrated Attachment Model.
