About
Located on 19 beautiful acres in Provo Utah, the Heritage Community's open campus hosts two specialized adolescent residential treatment programs - Elevate Academy and Spark Academy. Each academy delivers treatment to specialized populations through our innovative Specialized Continuum of Care, which divides treatment into three tailored residential settings that promote students growth and readiness for returning home. Elevate Academy offers identity-supporting specialized clinical and educational programs for boys and girls ages 13-18. Each program within the academy offers treatment specifically designed to engage and empower students who have experienced trauma or attachment injuries, and who have checked out of life, school, or the family due to mood and anxiety disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, or substance abuse. Each Elevate program provides a small-class school led by special education certified teachers using a social-emotional learning model in a normal classroom setting. Spark Academy offers industry-leading neurodiverse treatment for both male and female students on the autism spectrum or those with similar deficits in emotional regulation, executive functioning, and adaptive life skills. Spark Academy focuses on skills development, promoting growth of neurodevelopmental processes to regulate self and gaining skills for competency. Students attend school in small coed classrooms led by special education certified teachers using a specialized project-based learning model especially designed for neurodiverse students. Heritage students live in gender-specific, family-like homes where they develop healthy relationships with their coaches and peers. Both Academies rotate the use of a large activity center offering basketball, volleyball, a rock-climbing wall and pickleball courts. Heritage also features a comprehensive equestrian facility and a 600-seat Performing Arts Center which provide invaluable clinical benefits. A large sports field, mountain bikes, skateboards, outdoor adventure equipment, and a non-denominational worship center round out the vast resources available for your child's healing. Come tour our campus. You will feel the difference.
