Northwest College Support is a transitional program for young adults. The NWCS network of programs provide a continuum of care for individuals in need of support through a full range of supports including therapy, life skills and educational coaching while focusing on the autonomy of the young adults we work with. Our program is designed for individuals interested in independent living, traditional and non-traditional paths while transitioning into adulthood.
