About
Project Patch Youth Program is a licensed and accredited therapeutic residential treatment program and school which houses up to 36 residents ages 12 through 17. The Youth Program staff is comprised of 40 dedicated members, including a team of therapists who hold master's degrees and either an LCSW, LMFT, or MSW license, along with our APRN psychiatric medication management provider, and our Medical Director licensed in Psychiatry. The Girls' Program focuses on helping young women struggling with depression, anxiety, and self-harming behaviors. The Boys' Program focuses on helping young men, who are isolating from help, mismanaging their anger, addicted to technology, struggling with depression, and under-performing at school. Both programs help clients learn how to best build healthy relationships and set boundaries Our clients complete an intensive therapy program of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Each client works with their therapist on a treatment plan, gaining the skills and healing necessary to return home safely to continue their development. Individual, group, and family therapy is provided by our team. Family visits and parenting weekends are core to our program. The Family Experience, a retreat for the entire family, is included within 12 months of graduation. The accredited education program features licensed teachers who use an individualized dynamic learning system that helps students succeed where they may have failed in other environments. Our beautiful 169-acre campus is nestled in a secluded valley surrounded by mountains and bordered by a scenic river in southern Idaho. Project Patch accepts children regardless of creed, religion, gender, or race. Our faith-based ministry focuses on teaching teenagers their worth and value in the eyes of their Creator. While we are unable to accommodate individual religious practices other than those provided, all are respected. We bill insurance and offer a sliding scale rate to those unable to afford residential treatment.
