About
Red Mountain Sedona is an all-gender independent living program in Sedona, AZ, designed for young adults who haven’t met their life goals. Our areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance/process addictions, and neurodivergence. Through a multidisciplinary approach incorporating evidence-based therapies, mindfulness practices, life skills development, vocational/educational support, and executive functioning coaching, we guide our students to fulfilling, productive, independent lives.
