Other Parents Like Me (OPLM) is a peer-led, online community dedicated to supporting parents of children facing mental health and/or substance-use challenges. Our membership-based platform provides a secure environment featuring 18 parent-led support groups, live weekly Speaker Talks, live monthly Expert Panels, a professional directory, and a rich repository of recovery and wellness resources, such as podcasts, articles, apps, books, and recommended organizations. Together, we discover hope through community, assistance through attentive listening, and healing through shared experiences.
